This policy describes how we capture, encrypt, and process data within the PulseInsight Intelligence Platform.

1. Data Acquisition & Scope

PulseInsight (the "Platform") is designed to ingest and analyze public and private Telegram signals.

  • Identity Data: Email address, display name, and billing details required for account management and Stripe payment processing.
  • Managed Sessions: Encrypted MTProto session strings provided by users to facilitate deep signal ingestion.
  • Content Signals: Raw message data, reactions, and metadata from Telegram sources configured by the user.

Encryption Protocol

Standard: AES-256-GCM

Telegram session strings are encrypted at the application layer before being committed to our secure Firestore vault. These credentials are never stored in plain text.

2. AI Processing & Third Parties

We utilize Google AI (Gemini) and OpenRouter to perform neural signal distillation.
